Are double glazed doors secure?
Most double glazed doors offer excellent security, especially when compared with single glazed doors. While the strength of the door depends on the type of door you have (uPVC, Wooden etc.), double glazing essentially offers an extra layer of glass making it much harder for potential burglars to break into your home. The inert gas between the panes also acts as a shock absorber helping to prevent the window from breaking.
